1. Website Owner and Scope of Application
The website (https://www.parkforfun.com) and its related content are owned by PARKFORFUN.COM S.R.L., with registered office in Via Jacopo Salamonio 3, 30175 Venice, Italy, e-mail: info@parkforfun.com (“Parkforfun”).
These General Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase, through the website, application, affiliated sales points, or other authorized channels, of booking parking services at facilities managed directly by Parkforfun or by third-party partner entities (“Partner Companies”).
The specific conditions published on the page of an individual parking facility, event, or booking constitute an integral part of the contract. In the event of a conflict, the specific conditions communicated prior to the purchase shall prevail.
2. Definitions
Parkforfun.com S.r.l. is a duly registered innovative start-up operating in software development aimed at booking parking spaces for individual vehicles.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions:

Customer or User: the person making the booking and/or using the service;

Event: show, concert, sports match, trade fair, performance, or other initiative to which the parking facility is linked;

Parking Facility: parking area that can be booked via Parkforfun;
-
Parking Pass or Voucher: confirmation of the booking sent to the Customer;
-
Booking: request to purchase the parking service submitted by the Customer;
-
Parking Period: date, times, and duration specified on the Parking Pass.
3. Use of the Website

Parkforfun endeavors to ensure the smooth operation of the website, but does not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful elements.

It is strictly prohibited to use the website for unlawful purposes or to carry out activities that could compromise its security, integrity, or operation, including attempts at unauthorized access, tampering, hacking, or altering systems, servers, networks, or data.

Parkforfun may update, modify, suspend, or terminate, in whole or in part, any features, content, promotions, or services on the website. Confirmed bookings remain valid, except in cases of subsequent impossibility, event cancellation, or other grounds provided for in these conditions.
4. Published Information, Links, and Third-Party Sites

The information published on the website is provided for informational purposes and may be updated or corrected.

Parkforfun takes reasonable measures to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete or error-free at all times, including information received from Partner Companies, event organizers, or other third parties.

Links to third-party websites, platforms, or services are provided solely for the Customer's convenience. Parkforfun does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content, services, availability, security, data, contractual terms, or policies adopted by their respective owners.
5. Privacy and Cookies
The methods used to process personal data are detailed in the privacy policy available on the website at (https://www.parkforfun.com/privacy).
Information regarding cookies and similar tools is available at (https://www.parkforfun.com/it/cookie-policy).
6. Subject Matter of the Service and Nature of the Parking Facility
Parkforfun offers a booking and purchase service for parking spaces at its own facilities or those managed by Partner Companies, including in connection with specific Events.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the page of the individual parking facility, the service consists of making an unattended parking area temporarily available.
The Customer parks the vehicle independently, retains possession and control of it, and does not hand over the keys to the operator or to Parkforfun.
The presence of fences, barriers, automatic access systems, cameras, personnel controlling access, shuttle buses, or other organizational measures does not, in itself, imply any obligation to custody or safeguard the vehicle.
7. Booking and Conclusion of the Contract
Bookings can be made:

on the Parkforfun website or application;
-
at authorized sales points;
-
through operators expressly authorized by Parkforfun.
Bookings CANNOT be made at the parking facility itself.
The booking made by the Customer constitutes a contractual offer. The contract is concluded when Parkforfun sends the booking confirmation containing the unique Parking Pass or Voucher.
The Customer declares that they:

have the legal capacity to enter into the contract;
-
act, where necessary, in the name and on behalf of any indicated passengers or companions;
-
have read and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the specific parking conditions;
-
have verified the accuracy of all entered data prior to payment.
Unless remaining capacity allows and authorization is given by the operator, access to the parking facility without a valid booking is not guaranteed.
8. Data Entered by the Customer
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of the data provided during booking.
Prior to completing the purchase, the Customer must carefully verify:

the Event;
-
the selected parking facility;
-
the date and times;
-
the vehicle license plate number;
-
the full name;
-
the email address;
-
the phone number;
-
any other relevant information required for parking access.
In the event of an error attributable to the Customer—including selecting the wrong parking facility or area, wrong date, wrong Event, or incorrect parking period—no refund shall be issued, except as expressly governed by the clauses concerning changes, duplicate bookings, or event cancellation/modification.
9. Prices and Payment Methods
The Customer must pay the price indicated on the summary screen prior to concluding the booking.
Available payment methods are those indicated from time to time on the website or through authorized sales channels, such as:

App: Apple Pay;

Credit card (VISA / MasterCard / Visa Electron / UnionPay / JCB / PostePay / American Express);
-
Electronic payment at agencies/ticket counters managed directly by Parkforfun (where available);
-
Bank transfer (where available).
Cash payments at the parking facility are not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Online rates may differ from those applied directly on site by the parking operator.
10. Parking Pass
Following payment, Parkforfun sends the Parking Pass to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Parking Pass can be presented in digital or paper format, along with a valid ID if requested by authorized personnel.
The Parking Pass is personal, valid exclusively for the parking facility, license plate, date, times, and period indicated in the booking, and does not confer the right to a specific parking spot unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Customer must retain the Parking Pass for the entire duration of the service and present it upon request by Parkforfun, the Partner Company, or authorized personnel.
Passes that are altered, illegible, falsified, or used in violation of these conditions are invalid.
11. Validity, Delays, and Exceeding the Parking Period
The Parking Pass is valid exclusively within the booked period.
If the Customer arrives late, enters outside permitted hours, or exceeds the purchased parking period, access or exit may be subject to parking availability and the payment of additional amounts specified in the rules of the individual parking facility or the rates applied on site.
Unless otherwise stated, exiting the parking facility marks the end of the service and does not permit subsequent re-entry.
12. License Plate Changes
The Customer may request a change to the license plate associated with the booking via the website, official customer support channels, or authorized sales points, within the technical and time limits specified for the particular parking facility.
The first license plate change for a given booking is free of charge.
From the second license plate change onward, a fee of €5.00 shall be applied for each vehicle and for each modification.
Modifications are valid only after confirmation by Parkforfun. Requests communicated solely to the parking operator have no effect with respect to Parkforfun.
13. Correction of Name or Email Address
The Customer may request a correction of the name or email address associated with the booking.
A correction of up to a maximum of three total characters is free of charge, provided it does not involve transferring the booking to a different person.
From the fourth modified character onward, a fee of €5.00 shall be applied, regardless of the total number of characters modified.
Modifications that involve a substantial change of the booking holder, the transfer of the Parking Pass, or the designation of a person different from the one originally entered are not considered simple corrections. Such changes are permitted only with explicit authorization from Parkforfun.
14. Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers may be used exclusively in accordance with the terms, conditions, limitations, expiration dates, and procedures specified at the time of their issuance.
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers:
-
are valid for single use only;
-
cannot be combined with other promotions;
-
are valid exclusively on full-price rates;
-
are non-convertible into cash;
-
are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Parkforfun reserves the right to cancel bookings made through unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or excessive voucher use.
15. Customer Cancellation / Withdrawal
The Customer may cancel the booking up to fifteen (15) days before the start of the parking period, exclusively via the website, Parkforfun support, or authorized sales channels.
Cancellations communicated directly or exclusively to the parking operator are ineffective and do not entitle the Customer to a refund.
In the event of cancellation within the above deadline, Parkforfun may retain €9.00 as an administrative processing fee. If the amount paid is less than €9.00, Parkforfun may retain an amount equal to the fee actually paid by the Customer.
Cancellations made past the permitted deadline, non-use of the parking facility, and no-shows shall not qualify for a refund.
16. No-Show
If the Customer fails to appear within the hours specified in the booking, the service shall be considered regularly provided, and the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund.
If Parkforfun has communicated a schedule modification to the Customer by email, SMS, or other written means, a no-show shall be evaluated with reference to the newly communicated times.
17. Refunds and Vouchers / Coupons
Except as provided for duplicate bookings or event cancellation/modification, refundable amounts following a Customer cancellation may be granted via the issuance of a coupon of equivalent value.
The coupon:
-
is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise indicated;
-
may be used for one or more new bookings until the available credit is exhausted;
-
is non-convertible into cash;
-
does not entitle the holder to further refunds in the event of cancellation of a booking made using the coupon, unless explicitly provided otherwise.
If the cost of the new booking is higher than the coupon value, the Customer must pay the difference. If lower, the remaining value remains available for use until its expiration date.
18. Cancellation or Modification of the Event
In the event of an Event cancellation or a change to its date, time, or execution details, Parkforfun will comply with the instructions of the Event organizer and inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise provided by the organizer, Parkforfun may offer:
-
a full or partial refund of the parking fee;
-
the issuance of a coupon of equivalent value;
-
the transfer of the booking to the rescheduled Event date, where possible.
Conditions regarding any Event admission tickets remain governed by the terms of the organizer or issuing entity.
19. Duplicate Bookings
In the event of a double or multiple booking made by mistake, Parkforfun grants a refund for the duplicate booking. A duplicate booking is defined as a booking containing identical details regarding: name, license plate, area or parking facility, date or parking period, and the email address used.
The refund covers the cost of the duplicate booking, minus payment commissions, transaction processing fees, and any non-recoverable costs applied by third parties.
The request must be submitted to Parkforfun prior to the start of the parking period.
20. Operating Hours, Regulations, and Parking Access
Each parking facility may have specific rules regarding operating hours, access procedures, permitted vehicle types and sizes, check-in, shuttle services, security, and entry/exit protocols.
The Customer must consult and comply with the parking regulations displayed on the booking page or communicated by Parkforfun
In all cases, the Customer must identify themselves upon request by the operator or support staff by presenting the Parking Pass and, if requested, a valid ID document.
The Parking Pass features a unique ID number for each booking with a unique QR code; in the case of onboard groups, a single Parking Pass will be issued.
Operating, arrival, or access hours may undergo changes due to technical, security, organizational, traffic, force majeure, or regulatory reasons, or causes not attributable to Parkforfun or the Partner Company.
If a schedule change exceeding two hours occurs prior to the start of the parking period, the Customer may cancel free of charge following the instructions provided by Parkforfun.
The majority of parking facilities listed on Parkforfun.com do not permit multiple entry and exit. If a specific facility permits re-entry throughout the contract duration, this will be explicitly stated in its regulations. Unless otherwise specified, exiting the parking facility terminates the service, preventing re-entry, and the user acknowledges completion of the temporary parking lease contract.
21. Customer Obligations and Prohibitions
The Customer must:
-
comply with posted signage, parking regulations, and staff instructions;
-
drive at walking speed and exercise maximum caution;
-
park exclusively within permitted spaces;
-
leave the vehicle with the engine off, parking brake engaged, and keys removed;
-
exercise all due care for the safety of the vehicle, internal items, and persons;
-
avoid obstructing lanes, entrances, exits, fire protection devices, or emergency areas;
-
never leave live animals inside the vehicle (in the unlikely event this occurs, Parkforfun.com and/or the parking operator will directly contact law enforcement authorities to eliminate any harm or distress to the animal).
The Customer is strictly prohibited from:
-
smoking inside the parking area, including open spaces, without exception, for safety reasons;
-
idling the engine unnecessarily within the parking facility;
-
bringing flammable, explosive, or dangerous substances into the facility, including firearms, ammunition, and explosives;
-
transferring fuel inside the parking facility;
-
using high-beam headlights within the parking facility;
-
using horns or acoustic signals except in cases of imminent danger;
-
stopping or parking along driving lanes;
-
cleaning vehicles or having them cleaned inside the premises;
-
spilling water, oil, or any polluting or damaging material on the floor, ground, or drains;
-
introducing Methane or LPG-powered vehicles into covered parking facilities;
-
walking freely inside the parking facility without being accompanied by parking staff;
-
removing or damaging fire protection and safety equipment, or obstructing surrounding areas;
-
blocking emergency exits with vehicles or bulky materials;
-
taking water from fire hydrants;
-
lighting open flames;
-
extending vehicle awnings beyond designated parking space boundaries;
-
placing furniture or objects outside the assigned space;
-
powering the vehicle with temporary electrical cables without prior authorization;
-
engaging in any other behavior or activity prohibited by law.
22. Irregularly Parked Vehicles and Damages
Vehicles without a valid pass, parked beyond the purchased period, causing obstruction, or violating regulations may be towed/removed in accordance with applicable laws and parking rules. Towing and storage expenses shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer is liable for any damage caused, through intent or negligence, to persons, vehicles, structures, systems, or equipment in the parking facility.
In the event of damage or defacement, Parkforfun or the Partner Company may seek full compensation for actual damages sustained.
23. Unattended Parking and Limitation of Liability
The Customer acknowledges that, unless expressly indicated otherwise in writing, the parking facility is unattended. During operating hours, staff presence constitutes supervision at most.
Parkforfun and the Partner Company assume no obligations regarding custody, surveillance, return, or protection of the vehicle, and are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for theft, attempted theft, damage, vandalism, collisions, fire, weather events, riots, civil unrest, acts of third parties, or other events affecting the vehicle or items left inside.
Cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence directly attributable to Parkforfun, the Partner Company, or their personnel remain unaffected.
The Customer must address any claims for compensation directly to the party responsible for the damage once identified.
24. Unilateral and Immediate Contract Termination
Parkforfun parking facilities aim to foster a positive experience for everyone.
Based on this principle of civil coexistence, Parkforfun reserves the right to terminate the parking contract if the user—despite a prior verbal warning—engages in conduct contrary to safety directives or displays particularly disruptive behavior making continuation unacceptable, with special regard to fire prevention rules, personal safety, and road traffic regulations.
25. Persons with Disabilities or Reduced Mobility
Access procedures, availability of reserved spaces, discounted rates, shuttle accessibility, and terms of use for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility depend on individual parking regulations and Event organizer policies.
The Customer must verify the information published on the official Event website and parking page, or contact Parkforfun customer support in advance at info@parkforfun.com.
Requests for reserved spaces, assistance, or discounts are not considered accepted until explicitly confirmed by Parkforfun or the Partner Company.
IMPORTANT: If, due to the structural characteristics of the parking facility/infrastructure (including access routes, elevators, etc.) or transport vehicles to the final destination (e.g., shuttle buses), boarding, alighting, or parking for a person with disabilities or reduced mobility proves impossible and/or unsafe, Parkforfun.com S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the booking, issue a voucher, or provide a parking pass.
In such events, Parkforfun will inform the user of any available alternative parking options managed directly or on behalf of Partner Companies.
26. Complaints
Any complaints must be sent to Parkforfun through official support channels within three (3) days from the date the service was rendered or should have been rendered.
The complaint must include booking details, a clear description of the facts, and any relevant documents or photos.
The Customer may contact the help desk via the contact section of the website or by emailing info@parkforfun.com.
27. User Reviews and Content
Customers may publish reviews, comments, or other content provided it is lawful, relevant, and non-offensive.
It is forbidden to publish false, defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing content, or content containing malware, spam, propaganda, or unauthorized commercial communications.
Parkforfun reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these conditions or applicable law.
When a User submits content, images, text, or reviews to Parkforfun, or posts them on Parkforfun's official social channels, the User grants Parkforfun a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content exclusively:
-
on channels owned or managed by Parkforfun (website, app, official social media pages);
-
for promotional and communication purposes related to Parkforfun services;
-
for the duration of the User's channel usage, or until express revocation by the User or content removal.
The license does not include the right to:
-
assign content to third parties outside Parkforfun's organization without prior written consent;
-
modify content in a manner that distorts its original meaning or harms the integrity of the work;
-
use content for purposes unrelated to the promotion of Parkforfun services.
If a User believes content on Parkforfun platforms contains defamatory statements against them, infringes intellectual property rights (including copyright), or violates personality rights, they may send a reasoned written notification to info@parkforfun.com specifying:
-
personal details and contact information;
-
precise identification of the contested content (URL, description, publication date);
-
indication of the allegedly violated right;
-
supporting documentation.
Parkforfun commits to reviewing the notification within a reasonable period and taking necessary action if the claim is substantiated.
28. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
If the Customer acts as a consumer, civil disputes fall under the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the Customer's residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
For non-consumer transactions, the Court of Venice (Foro di Venezia) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
29. Severability
The invalidity, unenforceability, or voidability of one or more clauses shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
30. Specific Approval
In relationships not governed by mandatory consumer protection regulations, the Customer specifically approves the clauses relating to:

unattended nature of parking and limitations of liability;

Customer responsibility for entered data;
-
fees for license plate, name, and email modifications;
-
cancellation, no-shows, refunds, and coupons;
-
Event cancellation or modification;
-
duplicate bookings;
-
access and validity limitations of the Parking Pass;
-
complaints procedures;
-
jurisdiction and governing law.
