Please print your ticket and present it to the staff upon arrival at the parking area.
Refunds
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend the event, the ticket may be transferred to a third party through the designated procedure available at the link provided.
Shuttle Service
No shuttle service is provided from the parking areas.
Access to Parking Areas
It is mandatory to arrive exclusively at the parking area selected at the time of purchase.
In the event of arrival at a parking area other than the one booked, staff will not be authorized to grant access.
PLEASE NOTE!
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the parking area well in advance of the concert start time (at least 4 hours prior) in order to avoid queues, delays, and congestion.
