Parking areas will be accessible from 5 hours prior to the start of the event. Please note that the parking facilities are NOT SUPERVISED, and staff will only be present until the event start time.
If you don’t receive the ticket immediately, check your SPAM folder or write to info@parkforfun.com indicating the event and the vehicle’s license plate. Printing the ticket is not necessary, but it must be shown to the staff at the parking entrance.
The assigned spot will be the one closest to the entrances based on the parking availability at the time of arrival.
N.B. Refunds: Unfortunately, refunds for purchased tickets are not available. If you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer the ticket to a third party through the procedure available at https://www.parkforfun.com/en/plate.
