BEFORE THE EVENT

When will I receive my ticket?

As soon as you see the booking confirmation screen, you will receive the ticket via the email address you indicated during the purchase phase. If you don’t find it, please check the spam folder!

How can I request an invoice?

When purchasing, before completing the reservation, set the flag to “add billing information” and fill in all the fields to receive the invoice. Please check the accuracy of the data entered.

Once the ticket has been issued, it is not possible to request an invoice.

Can I modify the information on my licence plate?

The licence plate entered can only be changed once through the following link. You will need to enter the following information:

  • Email entered during the purchase;
  • PNR code;
  • New License Plate.

N.B.: If at the time of purchase you are not aware of the license plate number, it is necessary to insert the wording "RENT" and, once it is communicated, you can change it through the dedicated section above.

What is the Tax Seal?

The fiscal seal is a code entered in the entrance ticket to the event and can be found indicated with the initials SF.

Why do I have to let you know the number of passengers in the car?

It is simply a statistic so don't worry if the number changes, you don't have to let us know!

How do I change my e-mail or my phone number?

Write an e-mail to info@parkforfun.com, indicating the PNR (booking code).

I can no longer come to the event; can I request a refund?

Unfortunately it is not possible to make refunds for the purchased ticket. In the event that it is no longer possible to attend an event, it is possible to transfer it to third parties through the procedure available on https://www.parkforfun.com/it/plate.

Have the date and the time of the event been changed, is the ticket still valid? 

Yes, the ticket is still valid. If you want to have the ticket updated, write an email to: info@parkforfun.com

 

THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Can I show my parking ticket on my phone?

Yes, unless the sales conditions explicitly require you to print the ticket.

Can I use my pass anywhere?

No, the parking ticket is valid only for the reserved parking space.

What happens if I can't find the car park?

The ticket indicates the address of the car park and through Google Maps you will surely reach the entrance.

Can I enter, exit and return to the parking lot?

No, unless required by the parking policy itself.  

 

 

AFTER THE EVENT

I was charged twice for a reservation, what should I do?

Send an e-mail to info@parkforfun.com indicating all the data relating to the purchase and we will verify the double payment.
